奇威專注力教育中心諮詢類商品退換貨說明:

  1. 奇威專注力教育中心(以下簡稱中心)諮詢類商品為全面預約制，購買諮詢類商品須先來電預約時間，並在購物備註欄註明兒童姓名，若初次預約時間需要改期，可由中心安排免費更改一次。

  2. 中心諮詢類商品自付費日當天起算，60日須使用完畢，(天數計算含假日)，若未能如期使用，中心扣除20%行政與金流費用，並將餘款退款至原付款人之帳戶。

  3. 中心諮詢類商品為客製化服務，排除適用七日鑑賞期，所購買權益限兒童本人使用，禁止私自移轉。

  4. 中心要求一位家長陪同兒童出席，並配合諮詢人員之引導。如果無法陪同出席，家長應指定一位監護人代其履行以上責任。

  5. 中心發現兒童/家長/監護人有身體/精神上不適或患有傳染性疾病，有權拒絕其進入，家長/監護人應向中心提出再次安排諮詢，並於此協議期內完成使用。

  6. 中心保留時間、場地、專業老師級師資異動之權利。 


奇威專注力教育中心實體類商品退換貨說明:

  1. 商品圖色彩，因每台電腦螢幕的顯色與亮度設定不同，可能存在程度不同之色調差異，請以收到實際商品之顏色為準。如原廠商供貨不足或網站內容刊登錯誤等意外因素，中心得保留出貨與否之權力。限台灣本島及台灣離島地區。(注意！台灣本島地區收件地址請勿為郵政信箱。)

  2. 同一訂單商品，需等待商品到貨後，統一寄出。

  3. 所購買商品在取貨完成後，均享有七天猶豫期(含假日)之權益(注意! 猶豫期非試用期)。但退回商品需保持全新狀態且完整包裝(保持商品、配件、贈品、包裝、廠商紙箱及所有附隨文件或資料之完整性)，否則恕不接受退貨。

  4. 如商品在運送過程有瑕疵或損壞，欲申請退貨，亦請於收到貨品7 日內提出，逾期恕無法受理。

  5. 如退貨原因非瑕疵及物品寄錯疏失，中心退款皆扣除 30 元手續費，並自行負擔退件 80 元之運費。

  6. 商品、試用品及贈品一經拆封使用，一律不接受退貨。

  7. 隨機出貨之商品，不接受因款式顏色不同而予以退貨。

Kiwi Attention Facilitation Center Returns and Refunds Policy

Consulting Services

  1. Consulting services provided by Kiwi Attention Facilitation Center (hereinafter referred to as “The Center”) are available by appointment only. Please make a phone appointment in advance and provide your child’s name in the order comments. The Center offers a one-time free rescheduling for the first appointment.

  2. Consulting services provided by The Center are only available within 60 days of the purchase date, including weekends and holidays. If there are unused consulting sessions, the refund will be deposited in the bank account of the original payer, less a 20% administrative fee and any bank fees associated with the deposit.

  3. Each consulting session is customized; hence, the 7-day cooling-off period does not apply. The assigned rights belong exclusively to each child and shall not be transferred.

  4. Each child must be accompanied by a parent. Accompanying parents should follow the instructions by the consultants. A guardian should be appointed to perform the responsibility mentioned above if neither parent is available.

  5. The Center may deny entry to children/parents/guardians that are mentally unstable, physically ill, or contracted with a contagious disease. Parents or guardians of the child should make another appointment with The Center within the contract period.

  6. The Center reserves the right to change the scheduled time, location, and teachers.

 

Tangible Products

  1. Due to differences in monitors, the colors of products may appear different from those shown on the site. Please refer to the actual product. The Center reserves the right to cancel any orders for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability and errors in the product description. Products can only be shipped to Taiwan and its offshore islands. (Note that post office box addresses cannot be used as the shipping address for shipments to the main island of Taiwan)

  2. Multiple products in the same order will be shipped together.

  3. After all the products are picked up, customers may choose to return the goods and obtain a full refund within the 7-day cooling-off period, including weekends and holidays. (Note that a cooling-off period is not a product trial) The product returned should be in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package. Otherwise, such returns will not be accepted.

  4. If an item is defective or damaged during shipping, please raise a refund request within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed after the item arrived, returns will not be accepted.

  5. If the returned item is not defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, 30 NTD handling fees will be deducted from the refund. The customer shall bear the 80 NTD return shipping fee.

  6. Products, sample products, and gifts cannot be returned if they have been used.

  7. If an item was sold in random colors/styles, it can’t be returned for reasons regarding colors/styles.

  1. Postal ATM Cards have no cash advance, continuing transfers, installment payments, or recurring payments.

  2. Do not provide your credit card information to strangers.
